Refunds will ONLY be given if submitted on the form below.
The following administration fees will be deducted from the registration:
A $50 admin fee and any other applicable fees attributed to our external merchant on any refund processed.
All refunds will also consider other fees incurred by the JCC on behalf of the player. Once the season has started you will receive a prorated refund/credit. This refund/credit will be based on the number of sessions used and take into account the following factors: merchant fees/admin fee/costs attributed to the JCC/etc.
Deadline for refund submission is November 15th, 2023.
If a player sustains an injury or illness and is unable to finish the season a doctor's note is required. An injury refund will be based on the number of sessions to the end of the regular season from the date of written request is received in the JCC Sports Office.
Please Note: Refunds take a minimum of 10-15 business days to appear back on your card.
