JCC Refund Policy
**Refunds will ONLY be given if submitted on the form below**
A $50 admin fee and any additional fees incurred by the JCC on behalf of the player will be deducted.
Once the season has started you will receive a prorated refund/credit. This refund/credit will be based on the number of sessions used and take into account the following factors: merchant fees/admin fee/costs attributed to the JCC/etc.
Deadline for refund submission is the second Monday in November.
If a player sustains an injury or illness and is unable to finish the season a doctor's note is required. An injury refund will be based on the number of sessions to the end of the regular season from the date of written request is received in the JCC Sports Office.
Please Note: Refunds take a minimum of 10-15 business days to appear back on your card.
